This meeting is for the purpose of attending to the required business of AKSIS as outlined in the enclosed Agenda. The matter of the Special Resolution addressing By Law revisions will also form a portion of the meeting. An election of New Members of the Board will take place. See the attached position vacancies.

AKSIS current by-laws do not accommodate for a virtual meeting, and as such, we are holding this meeting “in-person” with all COVID-19 safety protocols in place. In order for the meeting to proceed, we will require a quorum of 10 attendees. Voting by proxy is also not permissible under the current by-laws.

Please provide your intent to attend by sending your written response to info@aksisyeg.ca no later than November 18, 2020.
