• Early Bird – $450.00 Register a Team of four prior to July 31, 2019

• Gold Sponsor – $1,500.00 One complimentary foursome, logo on the Aksis website, signage at a predetermined hole, assist in presentation at the tournament dinner.

• Hole Sponsorship – $300.00 An opportunity to showcase your organization at a predetermined hole. Signage will be provided if you do not already have. A table and 2 chairs can be provided as well.

• Silver Sponsor – $1,000.00 One complimentary two-player team. logo on the Aksis website, signage on a predetermined hole

• Single Golfer – $125.00

• Split Team – $250.00 Total of two players

• Title Sponsor – $2,500.00 Includes one complimentary foursome, signage on cart GPS and at a predetermined hole, logo on all Aksis promotional materials and website.

• Whole Team – $500.00 Team of 4 players
